Refund and Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

We are happy to return or exchange any unworn swimsuit with the packaging label intact within 7 days of inspection.

The refund policy is the same as the return policy and only applies within 7 days of purchase.

The following rules apply:

Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Unworn products must be returned in their original packaging with swimsuit tags and garment bag and must not interfere with wear.
We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
We do not accept returns of special or promotional code items.
We do not accept returns on lingerie or silk dresses.
We do not accept returns on all sale items.

How do I arrange a return?

If you meet the above requirements, you may submit a return request via our email with the reason for the return and your order number: [email protected].
After the return request email is sent, you will receive a confirmation email.

A customer service representative will respond to you within 24 hours with an approval email. The email will include the return address and other information. Please note that our office is open weekdays, so any requests sent over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it.

Please choose your preferred delivery method. We strongly recommend returning your product using a traceable postal service as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your returned product.
